My journey began in the lush, green landscapes of Maryland, where my passion for plant medicine first blossomed. Since then, it has taken me to the prestigious spas of the Four Seasons and Belmond, where I’ve had the privilege of transforming the luxury spa wellness experience.

This path has been as much about learning as it has been about leading. From developing award-winning spas to consulting on wellness healing and innovation, every step has deepened my commitment to creating spaces and experiences that nurture both mind and body.

I am honored to have been the first herbal apprentice to Robin Rose Bennett, who introduced me to the wise woman traditions and guided me to become a medicine woman. My journey continued at the Ayurvedic Institute, where Dr. Vasant Lad, another deeply influential teacher, imparted the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. I further honed my knowledge at the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine under Michael Moore, who shared his expertise in heroic herbalism. With over 30 years of study and practice in herbal medicine, I am grateful to carry forward these ancient lineages.

My mission is to share the power of holistic healing with you. Whether through the thoughtful curation of spa treatments, the intentional design of wellness spaces, or the personal connection of one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations and group herbal apprenticeship sessions, my approach is always personal, always meaningful, and always focused on fostering a deeper connection with wellness.
